Fresh & Vital Produce

Cleanfood Australia carefully sources its fresh organic produce from growers located throughout Australia. Cleanfood is committed to the promotion of the Australian organic industry as a whole, and for this reason aims to bring growers together to supply high quality fresh and vital produce to its customers.  Wherever possible we aim to provide you with the produce you require, however there are some speciality lines that have shorter seasons than for conventional produce.  Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements in further detail.

Pristine Tasmanian Water

Cleanfood Australia is a proud supplier of what we consider to be the purest organic water on Earth. Located at a latitude of 40 degrees south, Tasmania is recognised as having the cleanest air and purest water on Earth. The DewSouth Spring Water range comes from a spring located 20 metres below ground upon a bed of bluestone granite - one of nature’s purest forms of filtration - within 250 acre property located in the northern Tasmanian wilderness.

Cara’s Organic Produce

Cleanfood’s own production label, “Cara’s Organic Produce”, provides jams, spreads, sauces, jellies, chutneys, fruit preserves, marinades and biscuits all carefully crafted and all with exceptional flavour, taste and with a focus on nutrition. All items in our “Cara” range can be supplied as either boutique jars for individual sale, or in three (3) kilogram or more containers for food service purposes. Our “Cara” range currently includes:

	Summerberry Jam (330gram jar or 3kg container) Blueberries, boysenberries, blackberries, are ingredients all sourced from the fertile soils of South Gippsland Victoria. The health benefits and vitality of berries are renowned, with high levels of antioxidants; the darker the colour of the berry the better. Serve on toast, scones and place in tarts. Its delicious and its very healthy.
	Raspberry & Rhubarb Jam (330gram jar or 3kg container) A unique product developed by Cleanfood Australia where the individual tastes of the raspberry and rhubarb are mouthwatering. Use on its own on toast, bread, or as a filling in tartlets, in smoothies, pancakes, pavlovas, trifles or on your favourite muffin or cake recipe.
	Rhubarb & Ginger Conserve (330gram jar or 3kg container) Rhubarb and ginger jam holds a careful balance of ginger and rhubarb, underpinned by citrus tastes to ensure this products versatility. Simply use as a spread or in the last few minutes of stir fries. Excellent for glazing poultry. A beautiful balance of flavours. Is a perfect garnish for any meat or vegetable dish, sweet or savoury. Don’t forget, it can be also used as a marinade.
	Tomato Sauce (275gram bottle or 3kg container) This original tomato taste carries maximum vitality with organic sun ripened organic tomatoes. A staple for the pantry, to accompany pastry, savoury and meat dishes. The most traditional of Australian sauces that accompanies a meat pie.
	Tomato & Apple Chutney (275gram jar or 3kg container) Sourced from pristine soils of Australian organic orchards and created free from preservatives. Served as an accompaniment with ploughmans lunches, cheese, stuffings, savoury dishes, hot or cold meats and vegetables are all a must. Mix with yoghurt or soft cheese to create a tasty dip.
	Rosemary & Mint Jelly (300gram jar or 3kg container) In each taste, you will experience an intense, aromatic, explosion of herbs, fruit and sweetness from the organic herb garden, that you will want time again. Traditionally accompanies lamb but would be perfect to accompany all meats
	Greek Almond Biscuits (200g packs and 600g food service packs) Specifically developed in Cleanfood Australia’s kitchens with the finest organic ingredients and methods to bring you a taste of traditional nurturing for morning and afternoon teas.

As all items are made with organic produce, the colour and taste in an item can vary as the produce may itself change depending on its seasonality. Although all efforts are made to ensure a high degree of consistency within each item in the range, please note that this cannot be guaranteed.
